Suspension

Forks, Shocks and Dropper Posts are outsourced to J-Tech, Plush or SRAM for servicing. Our services will only include wiping down, checking pressure and function of suspension units.

When getting your suspension or dropper seat post serviced, J-TECH will offer a top-quality service for a sensible price.

Using top quality oils and seals, they will transform your tired suspension into suspension that will perform as good as, if not better than, new!

Your suspension will be tailored specifically for you and your riding style, and you'll be provided with the recommended settings for your reference.

Specialist suspension services are in high demand, please check in with us to make a reservation.

Our workshop is 40 years young, our team have over 100 years of combined experience and we pride ourselves on great customer service and getting you back on your bike as soon as possible.

We are a Shimano Service Centre as well as a Service Centre for most popular E-Bike brands. We can carry out all aspects of cycle repair and servicing and tailor our jobs to your specific needs.

Please book in advance for any workshop services as we do get very busy, especially at holiday times.

We ask that you bring your bike into us, either on the morning of your service or the days before.

We aim for a same day turn around to get you back riding as fast as possible.

In some instances, we may need to order specific parts, so the wait might be a little longer.

When in store one of our mechanics will inspect your bike and advise if parts may be needed.

If during the service we discover that you need additional parts, one of our team will contact you to see if you are happy to proceed unless you have already given permission to replace anything required.

As well as our Bronze, Silver, and Gold service options, we also carry out small repairs from as little as £10. If you have a small repair, even a replacement inner tube, please call or email and we will do our very best to help.

For the health and safety of all our staff, we would appreciate all cycles brought in for servicing are clean. Any cycle that is excessively dirty and requires our technicians to clean them will incur an extra charge.

Emergency

When the unexpected occurs we will do our very best to help, please contact us.

* Required parts are usually fitted for free within the service, but extra labour costs may be applied if there are multiple parts to be replaced or if there is a time intensive fitting process.
