    REGO Rapid Recovery is a vegan friendly recovery solution that delivers carbohydrates and protein, as well as vitamins and minerals, in a convenient drink for consumption immediately after exercise.

    It contains high quality soy protein to create a unique vegan formulation to support muscle growth and maintenance2, with a complete amino acid profile enhanced by the addition of 2.5g of L-Leucine.

    An added vitamin and minerals blend helps contributes towards athlete's recommended daily intake and supports general health, including Vitamin C to support the immune system and Vitamin B6 to help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
