Bikes brought in for service or repair should be clean or may attract a cleaning charge.

Bikes not collected after repair will be disposed of to recoup the cost of the repair if not collected within 4 weeks.

Dave Mellor Cycles are happy to give an estimate prior to any repair work taking place and will ask for a customer contact phone number to ask for authorisation before extra work is carried out.
